Sciatic Pain? Try and stretch the Piriformis muscle (sits under the gluteus maximus) or alternatively, use a foam roller.

This small hip muscle can cause a lot of pain, tingling and numbness in the buttock, thigh, calf, foot and groin. If stretching doesn’t help, go see your Sports Therapist/Osteopath as your pelvis may need re-aligned.
